Lo staff è neutro (ovvero nè gentile nè maleducato) ma efficiente. C'è una sala da tè, molto carina, sempre aperta ed in cui si può sedere a chiaccherare gustando un caffè o un tè offerto dall' hotel. La colazione è ricca e soddisfacente.
